Welcome to my blog!

If you are in for an adventure paired with lengthy, quirky, brutal honest thoughts then you are in the right place.

My name is Arisa and was a cosplayer for 12 years in Malaysia before settling down in Kyoto, Japan. Exploring Japan full time has been a long time dream of mine, so let's explore it together!

NTV7 Feel Good Run 2013

Another marathon coming soon :-D Yay! I've missed the recent one, an all women marathon that will be   onging this coming Sunday at I-city Shah Alam, Good luck to all our fellow sisters that will be running the 42km track (it's insane, but i salute them lol) :-)
Make sure to avoid I-city area this weekend if you don't want to get caught in the jam unless you don't mind waiting in the jam while haing some eye candy at the side of the road :-P LOL wtf!
More details of the event here : http://mwmarathon.site.socxs.com/Raceinformation

NTV7 is back with a mini fun marathon open to citizens of all ages (young to old) and all participation fees will proceed to charity :-)

I'm definately going to join this because it's been years since i last ran a marathon! Yea...once you leave high school there isn't a reason to partcipate in sports anymore (for most Maaysians LOL we are unhealthy people) :-P Since previously it was compulsary to participate in order to score extra points for sports day. Those were the best times for me back in my schooling days :') I still miss those days where i don't have to wear a boring pinafore and i can laze around the running field all day (and skip classes too lol!)

Until running became the reason why i almost gave up on sports :-( It was my joy and my pain as well.
Hopefully the old frature pain doesn't come up again like before because I've been going to the gym often to do my runs and it's still fine. I'm just worried it might suddenly turn up again because of the marathon strain(>д<)and not forgetting my old asthma D: It sucks to love sports with lots of health condition problems :-/

Now my only concern it to choose which should i pick? 15km or 7km? >.< *fickle* I haven't run any marathons in 3 years to be exact, makes me feel really rusty :-( So maybe i should start small at 7km first? Any advices? ⊙﹏⊙

So see you guys at the run! :-)

XOXO,

  2. start with 7km, and see whether ur body can handle it or not (by referring to the fracture pain and asthma). good luck arisa !
