Hotel and travel booking were never made this easy within the touch of your fingertips right now with Expedia as they continue to expand their services not only reaching out to computer users but now moving on to smartphone users too.

With our current society is going, pretty much soon everything can be done within our phones.

I've never been a travel savvy person much as much as i like to browse all pictures of countries i want to visit before i die lol because traveling has always been too expensive for me *sobs*

But i was wrong after visiting The World's Largest Online Travel Company: http://www.expedia.com.my/

Had to honor of meeting the Vice President of Marketing Management, Asia-Pacific, Traci Mercer

She is really a fun outgoing person who constantly keeps us entertained throughout her session. 

At least now i know where to go instead of seeking high and low for good (lowest in fact!) travel deals.

First of all i am pretty ashamed to admit that i have not even heard of Expedia but i do know of AirAsia, thank god for this last minute invitation now my traveling knowledge expand abit XD Thanks NN!

They are one of AirAsia's partners where they provide tons of hotel and stay listings all over the world with more insights on your potential vacation spot with the best money value.

So budding new hotels who wanna get noticed out there i would suggest you drop by Expedia's website for a listing.

That day itself wasn't just about introducing or anything because an international company as big as them wouldn't who wouldn't know of (aside from me/shy) it was in fact the Oscars for traveling :D

See, Oscars are not only for celebrities on red carpet we see on Hollywood TV but it is actually a form recognition to their hotel partners in Expedia

It was held at Hilton Hotel, KL Sentral one of their partners as well, Expedia has recently hosted an appreciation and awards night, aptly the "Oscars"  and they are awarded via category

For the first category goes to 

Top Producer 2013:

Rising Star 2013: 

Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral (200 and above rooms)

I was glad to hear that they won an award for a company that just started off a year ago! Congratulations Aloft KL :) When i first visited Aloft KL last year they were still under renovation but they hosted one of the biggest fashion events which is the Mercedes Fashion Week (STYLO)

After that we also got to meet the influential Iron Lady herself who came all the way down from Sinagpore whom we all know as Kathleen Tan, the 

CEO of AirAsia Expedia, the joint venture company between AirAsia and Expedia. 

She really shows the world who wears the pants *girls rule!*

She shared with us such an inspiring speech about her journey that leaded where she is today. All from her Weibo account, my deepest apologies for not knowing that because i do not even know the existence of weibo website lol oTL

Toldja guys i am not tech savvy nor internet savvy >.<, if you ask me about fashion then that i can answer lol :-P
