Welcome to my blog!

If you are in for an adventure paired with lengthy, quirky, brutal honest thoughts then you are in the right place.

My name is Arisa and was a cosplayer for 12 years in Malaysia before settling down in Kyoto, Japan. Exploring Japan full time has been a long time dream of mine, so let's explore it together!

Blogging 101: Natta Cosme

Been supporting a beauty blogging community that was started up by a close friend, mama-san Tammy from The Butterfly Project.
Though there are many things going on in each hobby, some of us just want to try it out for the sake of trying something different while we are still young.
I've been jumping in between Cosplay and blogging aside from my other freelance work but nonetheless blogging and cosplay will always remain as a hobby.

Hobby, Not WORK.

Seriously can't imagine doing it full time if it is constantly about advertorials and stress from PR companies chasing you for blogpost. To me my policy of blogging is about sharing opinions, a personal ranting space when i need to explode..basically an online public diary that i don't have to constantly keep locked and hidden (next thing forgotten lol).

A hobby is a hobby..i always despise people who make my hobbies into a competition (especially an unhealthy one) That is one of the reasons why i slowed down tremendously on Cosplay :-/
All the fun from it is gone with the community backstabbing, criticizing one another and hell load of other dramas. I can sense that happening in blogging too, but nonetheless to those who want to give it a shot in this hobby feel free to join: The Butterfly Project

A independent beauty blogging community that believes in sharing the passion and helping one another grow. Can't wait for their official website to be up soon!

One of their most recent activities is BLOGGING 101 -Chapter 1: Natta Cosme
Something like a guide/text book for little baby caterpillars to basic step-by-step manual for informative blogging.

Natta Cosme is another one of those beauty online stores that carries in alot of beauty related products ranging from skin care, health and cosmetics. Like

Managed to make a cute GIF file on my unboxing process

Got my parcel is a very good condition, it was well packaged nothing came damaged because it was carefully bubble wrapped included with some shavings. What surprised me the most was the way it was packaged and personally decorate by Dr.Natta Cosme lol.
It was so thoughtful of them to include a capsule message and even included cotton pads together with the toner!

Been a beauty blogger for mostly cosmetics, not much of a skincare person due to my sensitive skin. I always had the phobia of trying new skin products after one incident with a skincare brand from Korea lol, so when i found the suitable products for my skin i will just stick with it until the end. Worst case if they discontinue that particular product.

Like what Holly's best friend Denise from P/S: I Love You by Cecilia Ahern said :
Denise Hennessey: I hate cosmetics companies. They get you addicted to the perfect lipstick or nail polish and then, six months later, they discontinue it. You have to buy your favorite colors like you're storing up for the Apocalypse.
Don't you agree girls?

Here is my personal feedback on the product:

So when i did a research on Thayers Witch Hazel toner that is 100% natural and alcohol free, it got me pretty interested because believe it or not toner hasn't been part of my skincare regime :-P
I only wash and moisturized daily. I'm pretty lazy, don't have the time or just can't be bothered.

Comes in a full size bottle of 335ml that is available on Natta Cosme's website: http://www.nattacosme.com/Thayers/Thayers-Rose-Petal-Witch-Hazel-with-Aloe-Vera-Toner-355ml

Also available in a few other flavours like Lemon, Peach, cucumber, lavender, and unscented (for those who are sensitive to fragrance products)
Can't wait till i'm done with this current toner, then next on my list would be peach because i am very fond of peach smell *shiawase*

It is also suitable for people of all skin types, especially normal to dry skin. Thayers even have those who needs specialized medicated toners for their skins.

It is gentle, doesn't leave a burning sensation on pimples like most toners do due to the alcohol content.
so far i've been using it for the past 1 week didn't have any visible allergy reactions towards Thayers's Rose Petal Witch Hazel toner

Note: Mys skin is super sensitive to skincare products.

Priced in the market at RM58 but you can get this toner on a good deal price of RM45 on Natta Cosme!
Save your petrol, parking stress and just buy from online since Natta Cosme is a trusted and reputable online beauty merchant that carries in 100% authentic products ranging from skincare (head to toe), cosmetics and even supplements!

Check them out today on their facebook and official website and those aspiring to be part of the blogging community here is your chance to join us in The Butterfly Project Malaysia :-)
