Welcome to my blog!

If you are in for an adventure paired with lengthy, quirky, brutal honest thoughts then you are in the right place.

My name is Arisa and was a cosplayer for 12 years in Malaysia before settling down in Kyoto, Japan. Exploring Japan full time has been a long time dream of mine, so let's explore it together!

My little "Secret"

Well, not so secret anymore since i'm sharing it HAHA!
As promised ;-) How do i make salads more interesting lol nothing much la actually! XD
Quite a quick and simple recipe to follow especially if your on a go :-P

SALAD 1

Ingredients
  • Vegetables of your choice ( I prefer butterheads and lettuce ♥)
  • Olives (you can easily get them in a jar at your grocery store)
  • Eggs
  • Chicken slices
  • Feta (Goat's cheese)
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
How to make it?
1. Wash everything properly! And chop/ dice the vegetables
2. For the Feta make sure to handle it with care! You wouldn't want the whole entire block to grow moldy   deshou? >_< Make sure the knife is CLEAN and DRY before using!
3. The Feta is for the taste (put in enough to make sure your salad is bland) , you can replace it with mayo/other dressings if you hate goat's cheese :-P
4. Dump everything together and you are ready to tuck in! :-D

SALAD 2

Ingredients
  • Vegetables of your choice ( I prefer butterheads and lettuce ♥)
  • Eggs
  • Tuna (in water or sunflower oil)
  • Feta (Goat's cheese)
  • Tomatoes

My super duper less oil fried rice

Ingredients
  • Leftover frozen rice (steam before frying)
  • Sausages
  • Garlic and onions
  • Eggs
  • Cabbage
  • Soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Sunflower oil (just a tablespoon will do)

If you are rajin enough to cook in the morning, have a western breakfast! :-D
  • Scramble eggs
  • Served with Butterhead lettuce (or any other vegetable of your choice)
  • Pan fried sausages and ham (without any oil please! because it has natural oil oozing out from it once you fry them LOL)

Last but not least my all time favorite recipe i brought back from Perhentien, Thanks Zul! :3

Pita Bread with feta and olives
It is the same recipe as Salad 1, just without the Egg and Chicken and stuffed in pita bread  :3
Yummy yet filling!

Next attempt would be to make pancakes without the pancake pre-mixture flour! :P
Will share if succeeded lol :-P

XOXO
